NBA closes investigation on Ja Morant
The NBA has closed the investigation on Ja Morant, and after the meeting between the player from the Grizzlies and Adam Silver, his return is getting closer
Ja Morant has left a rehabilitation program in Florida and is now getting closer to his return to the court after his meeting this afternoon with Adam Silver.
The NBA suspended Ja Morant for a total of eight games, and the Grizzlies’ star will end his suspension from the game against the Dallas Mavericks of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving on March 20th. It will most likely take a few more days for him to be available to coach Taylor Jenkins, but his return is therefore getting closer.
The NBA investigation into the Murray St. Racers product did not show that the weapon belonged to Ja Morant or that it was brought by him into the nightclub. There was also no evidence that Morant had the weapon during team travel or in an NBA facility.
