The Warriors can be considered a contender: Steve Kerr believes in the team’s ability to repeat the success of the 2021-2022 season
The Golden State Warriors’ repeat is not just a possibility, but a probability. Coach Steve Kerr has full faith in his team, even though their performance during this regular season, compared to their winning seasons, has been decidedly lackluster.
Perhaps it’s the experience that Kerr has gained over the years with his GSW that allows him to have confidence in the team’s abilities, even though they have struggled this 2022/23 season with highs (31-8 at home) and lows (9-29 on the road) and question marks such as Andrew Wiggins’ absence.

There are some “buts” that the reigning champions’ head coach has been dealing with all season (primarily the lack of consistency), but Kerr strongly believes that his team is ready to win another consecutive title, relying on Stephen Curry (who is also convinced that the Warriors can make a difference), Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

The goal is the fifth title in nine years. Would it be an achievement, considering the regular season’s premise? The Warriors are sixth (40-37 record), and they still have to fight to earn their spot in the postseason. If they secure a spot, beware of underestimating them.
