During “The Draymond Green Show” the GSW player openly discussed the incident with Nurkic and how Adam Silver persuaded him not to retire from the league.

Green wanted to praise Silver for talking him out of retirement, stating that he is “grateful” he is the NBA Commissioner. He emphasized that Silver is more inclined to help than to “hurt” or “punish” people, describing the association’s head as “closer to the players”:

I told Adam, ‘This is too much for me… It’s really excessive. Everything is becoming too much for me, and I’m thinking of retiring
