Concerns arise in the Pacers’ camp. Tyrese Haliburton left the game, a 133-131 victory against the Boston Celtics, in the second quarter due to a left hamstring strain and will undergo an MRI on Tuesday, as announced by head coach Rick Carlisle.

Carlisle described the injury as “a very deflating moment” adding that the team hopes it’s not serious.

It was a very deflating moment, but this was an important game. Every game that we play has the ability to be a season-defining game… We hope that it’s not serious. We’ll know more tomorrow

The MRI will determine the severity and healing time: Grade I: 1-2 weeks, Grade II: 4-8 weeks, Grade III: 12+ weeks/surgery if completely torn off the bone.
