Dunkest NBA Fantasy Tips, R23: Air Kessler

Round 22 of Dunkest is coming! Discover the NBA Fantasy tips for each position and the latest injury updates. Don’t get caught unprepared!

Everything you need for Round 23 of Dunkest NBA Fantasy. From fantasy basketball tips, position by position:

Centers

Alperen Sengun (Houston Rockets, 17 cr)

Some credit under Towns, we find the center of the Houston Rockets. The Turkish player has all the qualities to dominate against Toronto’s patched-up defense and easily record a double-double. His superior technical skills make him a modern center, capable of combining physicality and power with an exceptional court vision and passing ability. It’s all a gain for Dunkest, where his score is further boosted by these secondary statistics.

Walker Kessler (Utah Jazz, 11.9 cr)

After the trade, Brooklyn is still looking to find its rhythm. Ben Simmons is now a starter, but the results haven’t come yet, assuming the Nets are even concerned about that. Utah seems like a more lively team, and Kessler never disappoints in the rebounds column: double-double on the way?

Mo Bamba (Los Angeles Clippers, 4.4 cr)

Despite injuries significantly impacting his NBA career, Bamba is working to find some consistency in Los Angeles. Even with limited minutes, the former Orlando player has already shown he can deliver solid performances in a short time. A gamble worth considering in today’s matchup against Dallas.

Forwards

Cameron Johnson (Brooklyn Nets, 11.8 cr)

Schroeder’s departure has effectively made Cam Johnson the main offensive weapon for the Nets, while waiting for the return of the other Cam, Thomas. In short, we’re betting on him while we await the little devil of the Nets’ backcourt, wondering what they could accomplish together. With their offensive talent, they could have defenses dancing to the Cam Cam (sorry for the pun).

PJ Washington (Dallas Mavericks, 11 cr)

The last game didn’t give us many signs, but if you look at the past matchups, you’d realize that without Doncic, PJ Washington shines—not just scoring. More rebounds and offensive responsibility often lead to double-doubles and a bonus for triples. The opponent is tough, but I’m confident that in this rematch, PJ Washington will honor this positive trend without Luka.

Kelly Olynyk (Toronto Raptors, 6.2 cr)

The return of the Canadian big man of Ukrainian descent gives the Raptors some much-needed experience to try and navigate a season teetering on the edge of disaster. While we’re not expecting Dvorak’s Ninth Symphony today, Olynyk has a good opportunity to boost his stats in the matchup against Houston.

Guards

Malcolm Brogdon (Washington Wizards, 7.8 cr)

He’s back and made a strong return, even coming off the bench. Brogdon is worth much more than the 7.8 credits you can buy him for today. His price is bound to rise, as long as he finds some consistency and stays clear of injuries. That said, today’s matchup is a clash with the past, and while the Milwaukee Bucks have their strengths, defense isn’t one of them. It’s a Christmas Sale!

Scotty Pippen Jr (Memphis Grizzlies, 7 cr)

The prodigal son is a must-pick when Ja Morant is off the court. The Memphis Grizzlies will face an opponent that gives up a lot, like the Atlanta Hawks, and Pippen will be tasked with running the offense and bringing order to the attack. At that price, it’s a bargain, even if he were just a Pippen.

Miles McBride (New York Knicks, 6.2 cr)

Almost a parallel to McCain, who’s in the MVP conversation in Philadelphia, the young Miles is confirming the promising qualities he showed in the early years under Thibodeau. Today, he can continue his strong momentum in the matchup against the struggling New Orleans.

Coach

Doc Rivers (Milwaukee Bucks, 8.2 cr)

The defending NBA Cup champions are now aiming to perform well in the Playoffs. But first, they need to get there and maybe secure a strong position to take advantage of home-court advantage, at least in the early rounds. For this reason, at home against Washington, I don’t see how Milwaukee could slip up.

Mike Budenholzer (Phoenix Suns, 8.1 cr)

A tough setback last game, and I’m sure many had bet on the Suns. Today, they face the Detroit Pistons at home, and they can’t afford to drop two in a row. So, let’s bet confidently on Coach Budenholzer!
